Congratulations to the Newest Bail Bonds Agent in Lancaster California

Wednesday, February 15th, 2012

Angela, the Absolute Bail Bonds employee who wrote the article “Can Fun be Found in a Bail Bonds Agent Class“, has taken her Bail Agents Licensing exam.  We are very happy to report that she passed it the first time!  Congratulations Angela!

All that studying before the exam paid off.  Now she waits for CA Dept. of Insurance to issue her bail agent license before she goes off to assist people by posting bail bonds.

We’re so proud of Angela and look forward to her continuing contributions to this blog from the bail bond agent’s view point.

Can Fun be Found in a Bail Bonds Agent Class?

Thursday, February 2nd, 2012

Usually when you have to give up a weekend for something pertaining to work you’re a little bothered. Especially if it’s for educational purposes. Work-related classes are usually boring and unnecssary so our expecations are that we won’t enjoy the class or get anything out of it. But when I recently went to my class to get my bail bonds agent license (which I still need to test for), I thought it was fun and very interesting.

Of course the instructors magic tricks and jokes helped, but the actual info was useful as well. Although with every class there was a few odd balls, most of the attendees were serious regarding the information and really seemed to look forward to becoming a bail bonds agent. The class was such a mixture of people, just from different walks of life. Some already work in the bail bond industry.  Others were just looking for something new. I think a few people were there with the intention of becoming the next “Dog the Bounty Hunter” but who am I to crush their dreams?

The instructor was very interesting to listen to; he has an extensive background in law enforcement, bail bonds, as well as fugitive recovery. After hearing some of his stories and how long he’s been in the business I’m really looking forward to becoming a bail bond agent. I’m very confident that after taking his class and recieving all the needed information I’m sure to pass the test.

I’m looking forward to being able to further help our customers bail out their family and friends.  Return here soon to see how I do on my test!

In LA, Bail Bonds Can Help Accused Individuals Get out of Jail

The option to post bail is given depending on the offense with which one may be accused with. In LA, bail bonds may be secured to cover the bail costs. The service is beneficial to individuals who do not have enough money to post the bail themselves. By paying just a fraction of the amount to a bail bondsman, they can avoid spending time in jail before the trial.

The concept behind bail bonding is simple. The accused party pays a small percentage of the bail amount, usually around 10 percent, as premium for the bond that covers the entire bail amount. Bail bonds act as collateral to insure the appearance of the accused at court during his scheduled trial.

In LA, bail bonds can be gained through Absolute Bail Bonds. Call 1-800-793-2245 for inquiries. The toll-free line is accessible 24/7.

In Los Angeles, Bail Bonds Can Help You Get Out Of Jail

A good number of offenses are bailable in Los Angeles. Bail is money deposited to a court to allow the defendant to forfeit his or her right to see a judge within 72 hours of his or her arrest. Depending on the crime the defendant is accused of, the bail amount can be pretty hefty, and not everyone can afford it.

If you find yourself in a bind with the law, and are meted a bail amount that is not within your financial reach, you can opt to pay using bail bonds through licensed bail agents. To post a bail bond, you will need to provide a premium amounting to ten percent of the set bail and some form of collateral. Absolute Bail Bonds offers Los Angeles bail bonds in the least amount of time possible, and with some of the most favorable terms in the City of Angels.
